Show Rules
1. The show hall will open at 5 pm on Friday with the first classes loading at 5:30 pm.
2. Class limits: There are no class limits for this show. Entry fee per model per class is $5 with all funds paid out.
3. Class winners will receive 5% of the total pot rounded down to the nearest dollar.
4. Division champions will receive 50% of the total pot rounded down to the nearest dollar. Division reserve champions will receive 25% of the total pot rounded down to the nearest dollar.
5. Equine models in eligible classes will receive NAN cards for 1st and 2nd place for NAN in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
6. If a model is found to be showing in an incorrect division, its owner will be asked to move the model into the correct division.
7. “Foal” refers to an equid under 2 years.
8. “Custom” or “CM” refers to any model that has been altered in any way from its original form. This includes cold-painted china, repainted mass-produced OF resins, etched models, and resculpted, repainted, or rehaired Breyer, Stone, Hartland, Schleich, CollectA or other plastic models.
9. Always ask permission before handling another exhibitor’s models. If you damage another’s model, you are responsible.
10. No running in the show hall.
11. Do not write on the show ring tables. If you need to fill out a tag, NAN card, or placing card, please do so at your table, on the floor, or walls.
12. If a model is laid down in the ring, judges assume permission to pick it up to examine the off-side.
13. Performance guidelines are the same as NAN. Setups must fit within a 30” x 30” square with the exception of Harness. Explanations cards are strongly encouraged. No footing or background is allowed in Western or English Pleasure.
14. Please, be respectful of the judges while classes are being judged.
15. Models may be shown in only one breed class.
16. Tags must be used to identify models. The model’s name and your 3 initials must be on the back, the model’s assigned breed and gender must be on the front. When placing your model in the ring, please ensure the breed/gender side is up. If the initials/name side is up, the model may not be judged.
17. Business cards will be awarded for 1-4th place in breed and collectability in halter, and 1-4 in performance (one set of placings). Placings will only be recorded for 1st and 2nd place. Candy will be awarded for sectional champions. Special, super-awesome prizes will be awarded for division champions.
18. Breed documentation is encouraged for rare breeds and unusual crosses. Please keep documentation to no more than one 8.5” x 11” sheet.
19. All entries must be emailed to the show hostess no later than October 28th. Entries must include: Model’s Name, Division, and your initials

Please email a list of the models you would like to enter to bhrossow at gmail dot com. Include model's name and the division you'll show him in (OF Breyer, OF Stone, Performance {designate number of classes}, AR, or CM)
Entry fees will be taken at the time of the class. Each model must have the appropriate fee next to it in the show ring. Arrangements may be made for paying for all entries before the start of the show with the show host.
